As you know, we were with GC before and had used them for years. It's basic but good value, which suited me as a solo trader who didn't need much and didn't have much to spend. For a small studio, though, it was too limited: a lot of features we needed were missing, and things like discounts and a mandatory waiver were paid add-ons (and the waiver was easy to bypass anyway).
Having a system with exactly the features we need, nothing more or less, is the best of both worlds. You've kept things as simple as GC but with far more functionality. Scheduling and amending classes in bulk saves us real time, we can access client details straight from the class roster, and we can refund late-cancelled classes that get rebooked, which I haven't seen anywhere else. The interface is intuitive too.
All in all, we couldn't recommend you enough. The Pilates world is full of expensive booking systems packed with features a small or medium studio doesn't need. Tally Up changes that: fully customised and straightforward, it's refreshing!
