What bsport costs, and how its contracts work

How long a contract runs is set in each signed contract, not in bsport’s published terms. Those terms do set some fees. Handing over your clients’ stored payment methods when you leave costs £250. What TallyUp costs

Two plans, each one monthly price per studio. Studio is £15.99 a month. Studio + Concierge is £19.99 a month and adds an AI concierge that suggests classes from your timetable. Both include unlimited classes, bookings, clients and team logins.

  • Your first month is free. We take a card at the start so the studio keeps running, and charge nothing during the month.
  • No minimum term and no exit fee. Cancel from your console at any time.
  • Refer a studio and you both get a free month. Theirs comes when they join, and yours once they have paid their first bill.
  • Card payments cost 2% + 20p for UK cards. That includes Stripe’s own fee, so there is nothing to add on top. It comes out of the payment, and nothing is added to what your client pays.
  • Bookings paid in cash or by bank transfer cost you nothing.
  • VAT: no VAT is added to these prices today, because BespokeWorks AI Limited is not yet VAT registered. When that changes we will update this page, and we will tell studios at least 30 days before anything they pay changes.

Switching from bsport or Arketa

We move your studio for you. There is no ready-made importer for bsport or Arketa. We work from the CSV exports your current system gives you, and our importer reads any CSV by its headings. So far we have moved a studio from Gymcatch.

How

Every import starts with a dry run, so you see what will change before anything is saved. We run it twice: once early, so there is time to fix problems, and again on the day you switch, to pick up whatever changed in between. Your clients get no emails from TallyUp until you say you are ready.

What does not move

  • Stored card details. They stay with your old payment provider, so clients enter a card again on their first paid booking.
  • Payment history. Past payments stay in your old system. We bring across what they bought.
  • Passwords. Clients choose a new one from a one-time link.

Questions studios ask

Is TallyUp cheaper than bsport?

We cannot say for certain. bsport does not publish its prices, so we have no dated quote to compare. TallyUp costs £15.99 or £19.99 a month per studio, plus 2% + 20p on each UK card payment. Ask bsport for a written quote and compare the total for your studio, including card fees and contract length.

How much can I customise TallyUp?

A lot of it is settings: booking windows for each class, cancellation terms in your words, passes that cover only the classes you choose, your own forms, and every email in your logo, colours and words. If something is missing, tell us. We review requests every week, and what we build for you costs nothing extra.

Can I keep my clients' passes?

Yes. We bring across the passes and credits your clients hold, with sessions left and expiry dates, along with their future bookings. Card details and payment history stay with your old provider.

Do my clients need an app?

No. Clients book on your booking page in any phone browser, and can add it to their home screen. There is nothing to download. TallyUp has no app in the app stores.

Is there a minimum term?

No minimum term. TallyUp is paid monthly, with no exit fee. You can cancel from your console at any time, and you keep the service to the end of the month you have paid for.

Where is my data stored?

Your database and uploaded files are on Google Cloud in London. The app that serves them runs on Google Cloud in Belgium. Some suppliers handle data outside the UK: Stripe for payments, Resend for email, Twilio for text messages if they are ever switched on, and OpenRouter for the AI concierge. Each is listed on our sub-processors page.
